2. Information we collect

Website: we collect the information you submit when booking a call (name, email, company, and anything you choose to share), plus standard analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location). We do not run advertising trackers.

Services: when you become a client, our agents access only the tools and data scopes you explicitly approve. Each client’s environment is isolated, and access can be revoked by you at any time.

3. How we use information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide and improve the services you engage us for, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client business data for any purpose other than operating your agents.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers needed to run our business (such as hosting and scheduling providers), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

5. Retention and your rights

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Client data and knowledge bases belong to the client and are returned or deleted on request when an engagement ends. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@tenureops.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
