1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Tenure website. Client engagements are governed by a separate services agreement signed at kickoff; where the two differ, the services agreement prevails.
2. Services
Tenure deploys and manages AI agents that work inside a client’s approved tools. Engagements are provided on a flat monthly retainer as described on this site; exact scope is agreed per client. Month-to-month cancellation applies after the first quarter, as set out in the services agreement.
3. Client data and knowledge bases
All client business data, and the knowledge base built for a client’s agents, remain the client’s property. On termination, this material is returned or deleted at the client’s direction.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use our services for unlawful purposes.
5. Disclaimers and liability
This website is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenure disclaims implied warranties regarding the website and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Liability in client engagements is addressed in the services agreement.
